No, you book a chalet category (Comfort, Family or Premium), not a specific house. Your actual chalet is assigned to you on arrival, and the amenities of your category are guaranteed.
Choose your chalet category and dates, then book directly online or send an enquiry. You receive your confirmation from us personally, with no portal in between.
Up to 91 days before arrival, cancelling costs only the €39 handling fee. From the 90th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the price is due, and within 30 days of arrival 100%. We therefore recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Your chalet is ready from 16:00 on your arrival day; please hand it back by 09:00 on your departure day. Any different times are stated in your booking confirmation.
After booking, you'll receive your confirmation and invoice. You pay a 20% deposit within seven days, and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. If your arrival is sooner, you pay the full amount straight away. Payment is by bank transfer, credit card or Apple Pay.
